​​​​​​Your cat's special and I understand just how much you want your cat to feel comfortable in their own home. I have two of my own and know how to take care of, and love on, yours.

INITIAL MEETING

A meet and greet visit is both essential and free. This meeting will allow us to get to know one another and introduce your pets. We will review and fill out their profile, including feeding times, favorite activities, personalities and how we get along. Upon deciding to contract my services, each of us will sign an Acknowledgement of Services form to ensure you are aware of, and agree to, Pet Care Extraordinaire policies. Please note that I am bonded and insured. I also have an extensive, certified background check, which is available upon request.


If your pet is very shy or aggressive, we may need a few more visits to establish trust: these meetings will be subject to regular rates.

Free - First Meet and Greet


$12  - 15 minute pet visits (feed/water, short walk, play time, clean)


$15  - 30 minute pet visits (feed/water, walk, play time, clean)

$29  - Two 30 minute visits per day

$42  - Three 30 minute visits per day

$55  - Four 30 minute visits per day


$29  - One hour pet visits (feed/water, walks, play time, clean: usual with multi-pet homes)


$50  - Overnight stays (usually 12 hours: subject to case-by-case basis)


$20  - Pet Taxi: Drive pet(s) to and from veterinarian, grooming or other needs


$10  - Drive time to areas outside a fifteen radius of Marietta, Reno, Devola and Williamstown 


Free - Trash, mail collection, curtain/blind adjustments, watering plants


If your pets need medications, 15 minutes will be added to ensure it is able to be administered properly. Overnights stays include this service.


Pet Care Extraordinaire required two forms of access to your home, (ex. front or back door keys, garage door opener or code). I suggest that a key is kept on file in my lock box as this will also ensure that you have access in emergencies. A $3 fee will be charged for picking and returning keys.


HOLIDAY RATES

$5 is added to rates occurring during holidays (News Year's Day; Fourth of July; Thanksgiving weekend: Thursday-Sunday; Christmas week: December 24-December 31). Holidays are especially busy times. As such, please make your reservations early. A $25.00 non-refutable deposit will be required during these times and also for vacations that are over 7 days.


PAYMENT

Payment will be required at time of service unless we have contracted for daily visits in which case payment is due at the end of the week. At the moment, I accept cash and checks but expect to soon be able to process credit and debit cards. Returned checks will incur a $35 charge.


CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made 24 hours before service will not incur any fee. There will be a case-by-case fee for cancellations under 24 hours, as that means that other customers have been unable to be scheduled. Holidays require a one-week cancellation.
